PMS Results, who pays what!
Results of a survey we did recently and some news.....
“Yes Consulting” recently undertook a short-term rental PMS (Property Management System) survey, focusing on the ideal price for a PMS and the software challenges managers face using them.
PMS SURVEY: Although several other news snippets have already been live on Smarthosts, this latest one shows the results of a PMS survey on pricing, complaints and preferences. A PMS calculator link and a comprehensive PMS selection document are also linked at the footer of the survey results and below.
TECH DEALS: We also provide a section for advertisers that we administer. All commercial providers must offer a discount and be verified members themselves.
ACCESS: We still produce a lengthy quarterly email, but once a week, we will provide snippets of breaking news and interest to the short-term rental community via SmartHosts.

The Yes Consulting newsletter is now being transferred to SmartHosts.org, resurrected recently as a news site for short-term rentals and administrated by us.
